Role Types

Kohl’s Media Network provides multiple user roles in the Koddi platform to help you manage access securely and efficiently. Roles define what a user can see and do, from campaign execution to reporting and account-level management:

  • Advertiser Admin: Can manage advertiser settings and campaigns.

  • Advertiser Manager: Can create and manage campaigns and ad groups, but not account settings.

  • Advertiser Viewer: Can view campaigns and account settings, but cannot make changes.

  • Advertiser Reporting Only: View-only access limited to reporting dashboards and performance insights.

Access by Account Type

Managed Service Accounts

  • Users are typically assigned viewer access.

  • This allows them to view reporting for active campaigns.

  • For questions related to campaign setup or management, users should contact their KMN team representative.

Self-Service Accounts

  • Users will have Advertiser Admin or Advertiser Manager roles.

  • This gives them the ability to create, edit, and manage campaigns directly within the platform.
