Why is a product live on Kohls.com but unavailable in Koddi?
A product may be visible on Kohls.com but not yet available in Koddi for a few reasons. In most cases, this is related to product registration, feed timing, or advertiser mapping.
A product may not appear in Koddi if:
The product has not completed registration on Kohls.com.
The product has not been ingested into Koddi yet due to feed timing.
The product is not mapped to the correct advertiser account.
Troubleshooting checklist
If you are unable to find a product in Koddi, try the following steps:
Confirm the product is active on Kohls.com.
Confirm you are using the correct WebID to select the product.
Confirm you are in the correct advertiser account.
If the product still appears unavailable in Koddi, contact support at kohls.support@koddi.com.
Why am I receiving scheduled reports with no data?
Scheduled reports can be set up to deliver CSV files on a recurring basis. Each saved report includes the selected report settings, such as dimensions, metrics, filters, and the lookback window.
If your scheduled report is being delivered with no data, it may be because the report criteria are too narrow or there was no activity during the selected time period.
To troubleshoot, check the following:
Date range or lookback window.
Campaign or ad group status during that period.
Whether the selected dimensions are over-filtering the report.
Whether the report includes at least one valid metric and dimension.
Whether the advertiser had impressions, clicks, or spend during the report window.
Why isn’t my campaign spending or getting impressions?
Campaigns control settings like budget, flight dates, pacing, and goals. Ad groups control settings like targeting, bids, and creative delivery.
If your campaign is not spending or receiving impressions, first confirm that both the campaign and the ad group under it are active. Both must be active for ads to serve.
There are a couple other reasons a campaign may not spend or receive impressions.
Troubleshooting checklist
If your campaign is not spending, check the following:
Confirm the campaign status is active.
Confirm the ad group status under that campaign is active.
Confirm the campaign has valid start and end dates.
Confirm the campaign has available budget.
Confirm the ad group targeting is not too narrow.
Confirm the ad group has eligible products or creatives.
Why are keyword rows blank but still showing metrics?
A blank keyword row can appear when performance is attributed to traffic that passed through without a keyword associated. For instance, if your keyword targeting ad appears on a browse/search page, there was no user keyword tied to the impression.
This is why the report may still include performance data for a campaign, ad group, product, or other grouping, even if the keyword field is blank.
Why do I still have unspent budget with ASAP pacing or high bids?
ASAP pacing is designed to spend your budget as quickly as possible, and higher bids can help improve competitiveness. However, neither setting guarantees full budget delivery.
Your campaign still needs eligible products, matching shopper traffic, and available auction opportunities in order to spend.
If budget remains unspent, check whether:
The ad group has enough eligible products.
Targeting is too narrow or too specific.
There is enough matching shopper traffic.
There are enough auction opportunities.
Products, bids, and creatives are eligible to serve.
Even with ASAP pacing or high bids, spend depends on the campaign having enough eligible opportunities to serve ads.
How up-to-date is the campaign information in Reporting?
Campaign data may update differently depending on where you are viewing it.
The campaign page updates once per day, so information there may be behind. For the most up-to-date information, use the Reporting page, which is updated inter-hour.
If you are checking spend for a campaign that recently ended, we recommend pulling spend from Reporting for the most accurate view
How does Billing work on KMN?
Kohl’s generates advertiser invoices at month-end based on each advertiser’s total spend on the platform for that month. KMN does not have a DSP fee.
